Undelivered International Shipment

I currently have a package that is sitting with customs for 29 days.<br> <br> I had 2 packages shipped together from Germany and i had received one of them but i paid the vat and duties for both the packages.<br> <br> I still have not received it and it is a high value item.<br> <br> Up until this day nobody has even contacted me to let me know where my package is.<br> <br> I emailed Sipho Mashele on the 4th December 2015 and he had rep**** later with Sibusiso Hlophe copied in the email stating that he must find my package and get it sent out for delivery.<br> <br> He has still not given me any information on the whereabouts of my shipment.<br> <br> Tracking number is :<br> <br> EE***DE / II***ZA
