Undelivered International Parcel which arrived 10/7/17 from USA

I made a purchase from EBay which arrived Or Tambo Int Airport on 10/7/17 To date 10/9/17 - Nine weeks I have not received any Notice from customs or JIMC I have called Customs, JIMC and Post office Cresta and no one is willing to help find my parcel Once the goods arrive in SA it is like a black hole. The Goods disappear. Not one of these organizations are willing to do a search or inquire after my goods. The good are not even registered into customs as yet since 10 Jul 2017 This is scary as there must be a huge backlog at OR Tambo International airport. Who can help
