Undelivered important parcel despite paying extra for international tracking

I mailed a small parcel to SA from London on the 22nd May with tracking. Royal Mail tracked the parcel until it left for SA, it was destined for Durmail Hub and still has not been received or the addressee notified to collect - for TWO months and counting!

This was the first ever parcel I have ever sent to my child who I have not been in contact with for 31 years; and it seems to have been lost by SA Post Office - I am devastated.

Parcel tracking number RZ ********** 58GB - I still live in the hope it will be located and delivered.
