Undelivered Goods

On 16 October 2017 pull up banners were taken to post office, charlotte Made me, Bloemfontein to be sent to me at the State Theatre in Pretoria. The amount of R300 was paid for the goods to reach me in 2-3 from date of dispatch, which was 16/10/17. To date I haven't received the goods and my calls still go unanswered, I hold for an operator for about 10 minutes each time. The worst is trying to trace parcels online, the status has since been 'in transit', only shows that goods were dispatched on 16 October at around 16:21. This is bad for my business, I have operated now for further dates with no banners and who will be held responsible?
