undeliverd parcels by the post office

I posted my parcels on the 13th of September 2014. i was told that the post office staff were on strike therefor my parcel will take a bit of time to be delivered.<br> <br> when the strike was over i went again and i was told that my parcel is at the hub and it will be deliverd.<br> i gave them a month and since then they have telling me different excuses and lately all the branches i got tell me that their track and trace system is offline.
