UNBELIEVABLE

On the 28th of December 2014 my wife ordered a Christmas present from Russia, because she did not know what to get me. payment was made the same day. The order was dispatched on the 6th of January 2015 and arrived in South Africa JIMC on the 10th of March 2015. I have sent a email to JIMC, and they requested invoice for tax purposes. I kindly emailed the invoices and said if there is anything else they need, i would gladly send it. <br> my parcel status is \In Transit"since 15 March 2015. <br> How long am going to wait? <br> 48 days and counting.... still nothing<br> I tried phoning the numbers supp**** on SAPO website and customs..... nothing.... I try phoning them once a day with the hope of someone answering the phone to assist me.... nothing.... come on people. <br> Can anyone please give me any advice?<br> <br> Courier services is the fastest and easiest way to go now my friends. The South African Post Office is no longer in my books."""

Your comment is noted and we are really sorry for the delayed delivery of your mailed item and for all the inconvenience suffered . Customs is experiencing delays with regards to the processing of international incoming registered articles and this has resulted to most items being held at the section much longer than they should be.
We can however assure you that your mailed item will be delivered however the delivery process will take longer than usual. We have also escalated your comments to the International Mail Centre Management team so that they may address the issue of non-response or acknowledgement of your emails.
