Unacceptable work ethics

There is 1 member working here which is understandable because of how busy the office is but the one member that works here has been on lunch from 13h00 till now (14h50). She/he was called at 14h10 after her/his lunch break ended at 14h00 and and member said she/he is on his way but still no one is on post.
