UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

My parcel arrived at the JIMC A hub 2 June 2019. To date I am still battling to receive the parcel. Emails bounce back and you wait on the phone for so long. Very disappointing. When I managed to get through last week the official said they are backlogged and see what happens in a weeks time. Still nothing.
