Unacceptable service.

So its no surprise to those who know that the service isn't great,

Now for my experience, I go ahead and order something to be delivered, from overseas, I wait about a month for it to land in SA, I get a notification saying it has cleared customs, that's the last I hear from it, So after 2 months I email them to ask what's going on.

2 months later I get no response and send an email again, The response I get is, it's been sent back.

Now to some of you who might say it's my fault, I made an effort to contact them and ask, I did, Painful call centre times, Emails that don't get answered, and when they do, its by someone who can only tell me it's being sent back, and then doesn't reply anymore, no matter how many emails I sent back.
