Unacceptable Service

<p>I had a parcel that was sent to me from Accra, Ghana to be delievered in Windhoek Namibia on 11/10/2016. (Tracking number RR ********** 05GH) I was assured that it would take about 7 days. My parcel has been stuck in JHB South Africa since 05/11/2016... I wanted to understand what the hold up was so have emailed and got no response, I have tried calling and all my calls go answered. Reading the reviews about the SA Post office are beginning to upset me and have me wondering if I will ever get my parcel soon. I mean Namibia is legit northwest of you I don't understand. I feel sad for people who have been waiting months for their parcels I know I've waitied only a month but my patience is staggering especially when I'm assured that it will take a certain time. I legit just want my parcel. And then rest assured I will never be mailing here again :(</p>
