Unacceptable service

Hi. I ordered something online 3 months ago. The parcel was delivered to Witpos on the 8th of February. There is nothing at my post office till today and when i phone witpos they says its at post office. This is really unacceptable. When you call them you wait forever for someone to answer with no help. When you email you get no response
