Unacceptable response regarding billing inquery
Been battling since 24/12/14 with Post Office. I'm supposed 2 renew post box for 2015 by 31/1/15. I'm extremely upset with fact that as a consumer, I received NO credit for the 3 months that the strike lasted in 2014, 3 months for which I paid.

This is the most recent answer from Post Office Customer Service:
*****
We hereby acknowledge receipt of your enquiry and kindly note that the concerns raised of non-delivery of mail in your mail box during the strike period and the dissatisfaction regarding the rebate issue have been reported 2 a responsible 4 comment and you should receive feedback from him shortly. Meanwhile you may provide us with your Box details so that we may request our sorters at the box section to be on the lookout for the 2 outstanding magazines and if located, they will be placed in your mail box. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Customer Service
*****

As expected, they're just sweet-talking the issue. I forwarded my postal details via email 2 [Email Removed] If they can find my magazines, I will renew @ full price. If not, then I will not renew without discount. Their motto is WE DELIVER WHATEVER IT TAKES. Proof it!
