Unacceptable customer service.

I a. By the post office in town to do SASSA card as it has been moved. I am told that I can not even get a call to make arrangemwnts to go to the nearest SASSA. The person attended me while with the customer and has no name tag. The manner they speak they are not for the people nor about the people. I have been waiting for more than 10 minutes for the branch manager and still no assistance. How are we suppose to get to the post office as I am not even from the location located for SASSA change of cards.

The service is very bad and the staff has a lot to say behind my back than in my face. People turn to take the colour of our skin and think they can talk to us as they please. This is totally not acceptable. The manager did not allow to give the names. But I do know them if I see them.
