unable to reterieve post after 5 moths!!!

I went to my post office box ,and they were busy renovating, I explained to the two workers there I could not open my box, he explained he would report it. The staff, namely Kevin at Bayside Mall,post office promised to phone the depot to let them send my post to the bay side mall post office till they sort out the box. I then was reminded to pay my yearly subscription !! Its now 5 moths!!! the keys have not been change, Im still not receiving my post., The manager at the post office sees no urgency and is just as unhelpful!!!<br> I also on my way out the post office met another gentleman going through the same problem!!!
