Unable to pay traffic fine

Why are you still advertising that a person can pay traffic fines at the post office when you can't any more? Should you not be posting that information so that you don't waist a person's ****ing time? Pathetic no wonder your entity's are failing if you can't even do the most basic of all tasks.
