Unable to locate my parcel

I have been waiting for my parcel for 3 months and i have tracked it into the country but SAPO will not provide me with a tracking number.<br> <br> The post office in bramley does not answer the phone and i went in today and they said they could not help me.<br> <br> They refused to check if the parcel was there.<br> Horrible service and the lady was very rude to me<br> <br> Tracking number: LN***US
