Unable to get in contact with jimc or get any information on my item

I have made in excess of 26 calls to ********** every single time a recording played informing the caller that you guys are experiencing high calls volumes after a few minutes of holding on someone on your end deliberetely cuts the call this has happened every single time. HOW IS IT THAT AN INTERNATIONAL PARCEL TAKES 5 DAYS TO BE DELIVERED YET A LOCAL PACKAGE IS GOING ON 3 WEEKS AND I CANNOT EVEN GET HOLD OF ANYONE WORKING THERE TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY ITEM THAT I KNOW WAS DELIVERED TO THE JIMC

after numerous calls and finally getting to a teller at the post office I was given a contact number ( ********** ) only to be informed that they can only track parcels beginning with R,C & E .My tracking number from DHL begins with GM so they cannot do anything and i should just wait until it arrives,this is absolute bull**** as it is going on the 2nd month that my item has been delivered to The JIMC A and I have yet to get a respond to numerous emails
