unable to get hold off witspos hub

My parcel has been stuck at Witspos ( hub) since the 18/09/2019 at 14:48pm . this not the first time I have experienced this service , last time my parcel l was sent to Brynston post office yet the package has my address on it which is Roodepoort I have no idea how it landed so far . I have tried calling 2 no's without success *** and *** no one answers . I am frustrated , post office employees ***** packages .
