Unable to get a local tracking number

<p>A parcel was sent to me from Germany using Deutsche Post. I tracked it using their tracking number until it reached SA on 19/12/2016. I am trying to get a local tracking number for this parcel but have not been able to get in touch with anyone on ***as the phones are never answered. Emails were sent to ********** and ********** but there has been no response to these.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Deutsche POst tracking number is RE ********** 15DE.</p>
