Unable to deliver any packages

The post office is unable to provide their core business service any more, to deliver packages and mail.<br> My package was dispatched from China on 01/27. Took 3 weeks to get to SA. Sat in customs for 6 weeks.<br> Took 3 days to get to Tshwane Hub (main sorting centre) and now it's just stuck there. For 4 weeks, since last I could check. Now their track and trace website has also been down for the last 2 weeks.<br> They don't respond to any emails to [Email Removed]<br> Phoning ***let's you hold on for 10-15 minutes and then they can't give you an answer either.<br> The staff at the post office itself can also see that the package is at Tshwane Hub and just tell you to come back next week. They don't know how to follow up on the status/delivery of you package.<br> Yet another state owned enterprise that has failed.<br> HelloPeter, you guys are doing good work, but even this one is beyond anyone's ability to resolve.<br> At least I feel a little better now......<br> <br>
