UNABLE TO CANCELL SERVICE

I have been phoning SA Postoffice help line since 09/01/2023. Unable to get hold of an agent, ''as we are experiensing a high volume of calls''. I have now send the 5th email to cancell my service. PATHETIC AND NO REPLY AT ALL.
