Unable to assist with documents

I went to the Braamfontein Post Office at around 12h45 on the 05th Feb 2015,i requested them to certify my documents,but i was told i can only certify 4 documents,my problem is that they do not know how many post am I applying for but they chose to tell me how many documents i should certify,hat makes me more angry is that i am currently not working and i am trying to get a job and they are telling me i can only certify 4,what are the main reasons for them not to certify 10 copies,The government should be the one assisting us to get jobs but they are not willing to help us,it is so frustrating when you are in that kind of situation because you came there to seek help from them and they are not helping you with anything,where else can a person go if they are turning their backs away from us,We also want to work and I cant post my documents without certifying them.What if i saw more than four advertised post? Should i come everyday to braamfontein just to certify 4 copies? What if the closing date is nearer? What exactly should a person do to get her/his documents certified? I need to get a job and not any post office should tell me how many copies should i certify.
