UMHLANGA ROCKS POST OFFICE : POST MASTER AND AREA MANAGER SHOULD STEP ASIDE

The mail for cluster boxes ( over 150 ) in Somerset Park has not yet been delivered for over 3 months now . Their excuse : The boxes are being refurbished which should have taken a few days only . The matter was taken up with both the post master of Umhlanga Rocks Post office and the Area Manager . Three months on and still no delivery of Post . As usual not a care in the WORLD . Had the Post Master of Umhlanga Rocks and their Area Manager been employed in the Private Sector , no doubt they would have been fired a long time ago . Their brazen INCOMPETENCE is unbelievable . Accountability is something foreign to them . Post Office rentals boxes are now due . How do pay an Organisation that doesnt care and hence doesn't deliver . These senior Officials need to make way for new blood . THAT TIME IS NOW .
