I am extremely disappointed with your service, I sent a birthday present to my sister on the 6th of November 2014. She still has not received the parcel, I have sent numerous emails and attempted to call several time but no one bothers to reply my emails or answer my calls !! Could you advise on the status of the parcel as it is now 4 months since I have sent the parcel and yet my sister birthday was in November !!I am unhappy will your service .
