UK Postage held by Customs at JIMC

On 16/06/2015 my parcel arrived at Johannesburg and another on 24/06/2015. They have since been held there and they are supposed to have arrived in Ladybrand by now, but still no communique. Their tracking numbers are RU***GB (16/06/2015) and RU***GB (24/06/2015), and are both held at JIMC A.<br> I would like to know what I must do to get them, and if there are any charges, I need to know because I urgently need those parcels.<br> <br> I'm hoping I will be assisted
