Typical Nightmare Government service !

SA Post office keeps ignoring my email to them enquiring about my order number ***4, which they claim they could not deliver successfully on 17 November, but I Got NO CALL OR SMS To inform me my order is out for delivery that day

Then days later I Get an sms saying I Must contact the courier, but when I Use the number given in the sms, I Only get their own call centre service, where no one ever answers my call even after 90 minutes !
