Typical Goverment run Enterprise

Parcel arrived at Johannesburg International Mail center on 18/01/2020.For the past week I have been trying to phone them and all you get is that the are busy, please hold on and half an hour later you put your phone down,knowing that the won't answer. The same with e-mail enquiries...NO REPLY. How am I going to find out where my Parcel is.Unfortunately SAPO also wont respond to this complaint.
