TWO WEEKS - STILL NO SOLUTION TO MY LOST PHONE :-(
My sister who stays in whittlesea bought a phone the 9th of November 2015 and realised after 2 days that she doesnt like the phone, she then sold it to me and sent it via post office on the 12th of November 2015 to cape town as i stay this side. according to the teller parcel was to get to the cape town sapo on the 14th of november, i didnt get a notification to go collect and thought that was only because the 14th was falling on a weekend day on monday i went to enquire, was told the parcel is not there, didnt go on tuesday i was told it has arrived but i got an empty bag which i asked to open in front of the teller as it felt light. the bag was slit open and the phone, the box and all accessories were not there. Now two weeks later i'm sitting with no phone and i have to call the sapo where im usually told they are still investigating i should call after a day or be told they will call the claims department and get back to me about how far the investigation has gone.

so now i have to pay a whole 1700 for a phone i havent even touched, which i might when its already off the market if ever. is this how its suppose to be with sapo 'we deliver whatever it takes\ "
