Two packages at the mail center for 3 weeks!
I ordered some things from China in January. It took three weeks to arrive in Johannesburg and has now been at the JHB international mail center for over three weeks! When I track the packages, the one says it has been detained. What does this mean? I tried calling the mail center, but there is no one picking up the phone and I keep getting cut off after being on hold. We deliver whatever it takes. Sure! Pull the other one! RU***CH has been converted to local reference RI***ZA and has a detention notice from customs dated 27/03/15. Kindly furnsidh trhough a copy of your supplier invoice to *** so that it can be assessed and released.
RS***NL has local reference RI***ZA and it is also at customs and forms part of item that are delaye at the section.
