Two months later and 6th complaint

This is now my 6th report, and it has been two months later with no assistance what soever.I am stuck with an item badly damaged by your *********** staff, who do not understand what it means when something is marked fragile everywhere. And looking on here and all other social media, you are all too pathetic to even attempt responses or assistance!!!
