Two months and still waiting for my package

I ordered some stuff online about six weeks ago, from a company in the UK called ASOS. I have ordered many times from them before, while I lived in South Korea and my package always arrived on the expected date of delivery or even before it. However, as expected it's been 6 weeks since my first package was suppose to arrive and 4 weeks since my second package.<br> I have tried getting information with regard to where my packages are but as yet I'm waiting to receive any information on this. I have even gone to Cape Mail and the consultant(who was really helpful) said it seems that the packages were not scanned yet, therefore, no SA tracking numbers have been assigned. It would be really appreciated if someone at SAPO can give me information on my packages and when it will be delivered or at least tracking numbers. I'm not expectig world class service from you but at least some form of service.
