Two items not being received - ****** ??

Two different parties have sent me parcels via the SA Post Office (I wished they used a courier)<br> <br> Both items were sent about 20 April 2013<br> one from Cape Town (I think) and one from Sasolburg - I am in JHB.<br> <br> neither parcel has arrived.<br> <br> I have tried at least 12 times to call the number - I get kept on hold for over 5 mins each time - then I hang up.<br> The SMS service with Track and trace says it is a WITPOS its been here for weeks...<br> <br> then the SMS service is offline often as I check every day.<br> <br> I have gone to my local post office - they could not help....<br> <br> I am assuming this is ****** (as previous items I sent - I only use couriers now)<br> <br> RC***ZA<br> RD***ZA<br> <br> <br>
