Trying to track parcels with no luck and no answer on phone numbers

I am trying to track two parcels that have landed in SA on 20 September already but have no luck with post office or JHB International Mail centre, they give me a number to call but no answer?

Tracking numbers are: 1. RY ********** 07SG 2. RG ********** 22CN

please can someone assist???????????
