Truly Pathetic and Unreliable Service

<p>My parcel was tracked at the Witspos Hub and nothing happened after that. After calling numerous times, having conversations with a complete amateur, I was informed my parcel havent been moving for 5 days "because its busy". Parcel nr: PE ********** 56ZA. Since theres apparently a twilight zone where parcels "get lost", I wonder who is going to refund me my goods. </p>
