TROUBLED

<p>Good Day;</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly assist urgently please. I have ordered products from the states and have not recieved it yet.My tracking number says it has been in transit since 18 Dec 2016.I am no longer sure who will be the correct person to speak to as Ive phoned OR Tambo int customs and post office , everywhere i phone they refere me to a diffrent place like my closest post office ,etc.No one have been able to assit me, all I need is the company name/post office name/currier service and I will phone them myself or go there myself to collect the parcel but unfortunatly no one can help me with that either.I was informed about the back log and they said due to the backlog my parcel will be at my nearest post office , which it is not.Please note that this parcel is stock for my small business and a have very unhappy customer due to sold out stock and not being able to recieve my new stock.please please please help me as i am loosing business and I honnestly do not know what to tell my clients anymore.</p>
