Transfer package stuck at JIMC A for a month

I ordered a few things off Aliexpress the 11th of November 2017, it shipped all the way from China to South Africa in a matter of 10 days, then havent moved since, the damn packages arent even meant to be sent to a South African address, its meant to be shipped to me IN NAMIBIA! why the hell is my package stuck in South Africa at customs for a month! when it was only supposed to be transferred to Namibia and have Nampost deal with it. I am honestly ****ed off at the moment, *** do you do with replacement earcups for a headset that can take this long!? im dead certain that you are not THAT backed up on packages as it was there since mid November and its almost January. Send my packages through to Nampost and let them do their job because clearly you do not want to do your jobs. If i need to drive down to SA to come get my stuff hell will be to pay! I leave on the 11th of January, I want my packages in Namibia by then or you will have to deal with me at your front door!
