transfer of parcel

My parcel was in the johannesburg hub for 2weeks and now it was sent to the port elizabeth hub instead of polokwane hub...how can this be corrected? Because i am in thohoyandou and it was supposed to come from johannesburg to polokwane then thohoyandou were i can collect it.
