tracking of my shipment

Im so dissapointed with the service Post Office SA is providing. im not even sure now as to their website is legit or not. im trying to track my parcel which apprears to be sitting with POST OFFICE SA and im getting no responce from all the options available to us to use. ive been calling them and have been on hold for almost an hour with no luck. i did even send an email to ********** and received no correspondence from them. i sent a text to the short code 35277 with my tracking no which is RU ********** 35CN and no responce. ive tried all contact and theres no answer im a bit worried that maybe my parcelis not available or i was ****med. can someone assist me with tracking the below for me name: Portia Kigonya cell: ********** 828 tracking no: RU ********** 35CN
