Tracking number not a help!

An item of mail was sent to me on the 25 May 2015 it was sent from sedge field and a tracking number was bought too . rD***8ZA. It is 29 June today and after a huge amounts of follow ups by me and the person who sent me this item, it is still not found. As for the call centre ha ha- I have been patient at this moment for 40MINUTES. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
