Tracking details are pointless

<p>I wasted an hour of my life going to Benmore post office today.</p> <p>Here is my tracking number. RI ********** 88ZA</p> <p> </p> <p>It states that the "first notification to recipient" had been sent to me so I went to the post office to discover that they cannot read addresses properly. They do not understand that there is an area in Sandton called Eastgate.</p> <p>So they told me they have sent the package to Eastgate Post office but they cannot tell me if it arrived there as it has not been scanned since the 3 march 2017 as per the tracking details. They said its probably lost in transit in some van somewhere but they cannot tell me where.</p> <p> </p> <p>I try my best not to use the post office ever this is why.</p>
