TRACKING AN OVERSEAS PARCEL

It is a disgrace at the lack of assistance a person receives. I have been trying to track an overseas parcel since last year. No one responds to my e-mails and the phone rings for hours on end. The Port Elizabeth post office cannot assist with the tracking number and I am needing to find out where my parcel is as it was not cheap and I have had no luck.
