Track & Trace means what SA Post Office?

<p>Our parcel arrives in SA on 22 May 2017, according to track & trace it was sent to customs on the same day but by today, 29 May 2017 there is no update. SA Post Office can only tell us to give it a few more days and check back again....WOW. If your suppliers told you this woudl you still do business with them? Ask Mark Barnes if he would tolerate service like this in his private businesses? I bet he wont.....</p> <p> </p> <p>SA Post Office, your lack of service is costing us dearly.......</p>
