Track number issue

Im so dissapointed on how post office in Makhaya on the way they treat their customers. They have a very very poor customer service .I went to post office on the 23rd of Dec to send my parcel to Midrand they did advise me that the parcel will only be delivered on the 27 due to festive season and i did understand that .I.was given the track number of the parcel but i lost it and i cant find it anywhere now when i contact the person that should receive the parcel after the 27 she advise that she did not receive it .I went back to post office to find out about this matter i told them that i lost the track number is the a way that i can get the parcel ? The Lady that was assisting me she sayed it in attitudes that "well if you lost your track number that means you lost your parcel because thes no way that they can track it "and i explain my situation about how i lost the track number she told me thes nothing they can do .My thing is that post office must improve the services because what if you can be ****** on your way coming from their branch to drop the parcel so that means you wont be able to get your parcel back ...im still upset and i will never ever go the in Khayelitsha again, i will rather spend money to go somewhere or use another branch if i want to send anything via post .Even the way they assist their you can tell that they are not willing to assist...
