Track n Trace number not existing

On 28/08/15 I sent some applications using speed service at Mt Frere post office.I was told documents will be sent on Monday. Well, today when I check the applications whereabouts, the track n track number does not exist. When I look on the slip, both addresses are not correctly written. I called track n trace number and had to hold for about 45 min. I then decided to called regional manager as I am worried as the closing date for the application is on Friday. She told me she was going to get back to me. I have been waiting. I am worried that my documents wont reach their destination on time. I.am stressed really. Please help.
