Tracing a parcel

I ordered on 07/12/2020 line(international) parcel no. RU***NL... All I want is for SA POST OFFICE confirm whether they lost the parcel or not cause when call head office *** they the parcel is at Bloemfontein but when call Bloemfontein *** they say is in the container in JHB.
