Totally Rotten to the Core

A package was sent from Heidelberg in Western Cape on 7 Jan - Speed Services - Door to Door. It has still not arrived. I was told they had no drivers in December and January and there is a backlog. Person on the phone said he would send it to Hyde Park post office and I could get it the following day. Nothing! Then they said it was at Rivonia Post Office. Nothing. Then they said it was at Sunninghill Post Office. Nothing! I have run around Johannesburg with no result and everyone just pulls up their shoulders. Trying to call the Post Offices to ask if the parcel is there is pointless and no-one seems to answer the phone. We paid for a door to door service but the parcel is floating around Johannesburg and not getting to any one point. Useless, just useless!!
