Totally Rascist.

I've been twice to steeledale post office to get my car lisence, first time they tell me the machine is not working, now the second time I go, I'm told they don't have paper for the lisence printer, yet I'm about to leave, when the guy after me gets helped with his lisense, I ask why he is helped, they found one paper at the last minute. More like rascist.
