Totally non-existent service from SA post office.

RU***NL - This parcel has been sitting at the Witpos Hub since the 7th June 2019. Phoning the Witpos number has proved fruitless. Its unfortunate that an institution that worked extremely well, no longer works at all. Please advise when this parcel will be delivered to my local post office.
