Totally Disgusted

CAN YOU PLEASE HELP!!!! I AM WAITING FOR A PARCEL TRACKING NUMBER II ********** 55ZA. THE PARCEL IS IN TRANSIT AT JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) FROM THE 10 APRIL 2019 AND TODAY DATE IS THE 23 APRIL 2019. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR A PARCEL TO BE AT JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) FOR 13 DAYS ???,AND WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO DELIVER IT???

Never in my life have I experienced so much incompetence until I had to rely on the Post Office. I ordered goods online in March 2019 and I still haven't received them. The items were last scanned at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) on the 10th of April 2019. After numerous phone calls and emails -Long story short, they "scanned" my goods to the wrong Post Office. I.e. Krugersdorp HUB When I phoned that Post Office to inquire about my item they told me they had not received my goods. Something tells me that my item was ******. No one wants to be held accountable because all the Post Offices involved like to point fingers and accuse each other for their inefficiencies. The Post Office is in complete shambles because they rely on a weak control system which allows employees who handle parcels to commit theft. I urge everyone not to support these rogues. They are a hopeless case and I will continue to complain on every social media platform until my voice is heard. I hope one day all the employees are replaced by AI because right now these people don't care and are highly ***********. Parcel number II ********** 55ZA was sent out on the 10 April 2019 and landed to Witspos hub on the 10 April and got stuck till today, which makes it 13 days now and the destination is Eldorado Park . I can tell from the complaints and compliments ratio that South African Post Office is a sinking ship. Had I known that this is the type of service offered I would have opted for alternative shipping from reliable companies since post office is no longer a dedicated service provider that it used to be some years ago. I am so disappointed..

When I tried to get an update today (23 April 2019) all Post Office telephone lines are not answered or simply down (immediate dropped tone).

Emails sent to any of the problem-specific email addresses set up by SAPO in 2017 (much trumpeted, including MyBroadBand) bounce - including one to the CEO Mark Barnes' address !! ...I assume all these guys - including Barnes - are still drawing salaries??

Anybody have alternative contacts that might work?
