Totally ***********

I was sent items from the USA in November 2023. They were lost in Jhb.

I received 2 slips out of 4 in March 2024 saying final notice. When I went to collect, I was told the item had been sent back to the sender because I had not followed up on the items! How can I follow up when the items were mislaid and the SAPO Is too *********** to deliver notifications timeously?

I have had items posted in Jhb in October 2023 and only received in March 2024.

Please notify all overseas senders that SAPO is *********** and to use other couriers.

And SAPO wants to be granted a monopoly on all times under 1kg? They are already totally dysfunctional and the pizza will be stale by the time it gets to you.
